Overview:
NLP runs an annual graduate intake programme to attract the brightest new talent into the town planning industry. To support recruitment at univerity career fairs, a printed a take-away brochure was required to capture attention and communicate the value of the graduate scheme.

Results: 
The brochure became a key recruitment tool at career fairs, helping NLP to attract the newest talent and communicate the value of the graduate scheme. A graduate-focused visual identity was developed by adapting NLP’s corporate brand into something more youth focused. The bright and colourful brochure design supported and reinforced the idea of graduates being able to truly ‘expereince the best’ within the town planning industry.
