With 15 years of experience working in-house for brands across a range of industries, I understand what it takes for a business to stand out — and stay consistent. I’ve supported teams in Healthcare, Town & Planning, Luxury Fabrics & Wallcoverings, and Construction (to name a few), giving me a deep understanding of how design supports every corner of a business.
I graduated from Falmouth University with a degree in Graphic Design, and since then I’ve honed my skills working closely with many different departments and key stakeholders. From internal communications to external campaigns and strategic brand decisions, I’ve been hands-on in making design choices that shape how a business is seen and understood. These were the challenges I thrived on.
More recently, after becoming a mum, I knew I didn’t want to let go of my passion for design. I’ve always loved new challenges, and starting my own design business felt like a natural step. Gem Creative lets me use my experience to support small and independent businesses in my community, giving them the tools to nurture, grow, and feel confident in their brand whilst giving me the balance I want between motherhood and work.
