Time for a chat

Once you have submitted your contact form, we will arrange a discovery call. We find out who you are, everything about your business and your reasons for requring Gem Creative services.

Onboarding time

After the discovery call we will confirm project details and pricing. If you are happy for us to work together then we will send you your onboarding pack and confirm project timelines.

Project kick-off

Time for project kick-off and we start the creative process, guiding you through every stage from start to completion. We will hand over your project and can provide ongoing support, should you ever need it.
