Overview:
Held inside a disused former Post Office, this public consultation invited local residents to review and respond to proposals for the restoration of Merchants Hall, transforming the site into a new commercial space. The exhibition needed to clearly communicate the emerging plans while guiding visitors through the space in an engaging and accessible way.

Results:
The exhibition delivered a clear, engaging and well-organised consultation experience. A bold and striking set of materials was designed to reflect the client’s branding and create strong visual impact within the former Post Office environment. Large-format banners, directional signage and printed collateral were produced to present information clearly, while supporting materials such as feedback forms and digital touchpoints ensured residents could easily share their views.
